Library Rules & Regulations

Only paid members can take items out of the library

• Items can be checked out for two (2) weeks
• May be renewed for up to two (2) weeks
  • Providing no one has requested it
• Returning Items
  • Items need to be checked in on or before their due date
  • If not, member is blacklisted for a period of two weeks, starting the day the item is due and continuing for two weeks after the item is returned
    • Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis
  • Repeatedly being blacklisted will result in library privileges being revoked
• No items can be checked out over the summer
  • No ifs, ands, or buts
  • This DOES NOT include Warhammer Terrain
• All items are due back by the last day of classes for each semester
• Winterim:
  • Items may be checked out over winterim for a 24-hour period PROVIDING that there is an officer on campus during winterim
    • This INCLUDES Warhammer Terrain
    • Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on an individual basis
